How do I import from HoneyBook, Dubsado, or Pixieset?

During onboarding, step 3 lets you upload CSV exports from each of those tools — we map leads, contacts, and projects for you. If you skip onboarding import or want to bring in a second batch later, head to Settings → Import and re-run the same wizard. Imports are non-destructive: they add rows, never overwrite, so you can safely re-import a cleaned-up CSV.

Can I use my own domain for my website?

Yes. In the app, go to Settings → Website → Custom Domain. You’ll get a CNAME target to add at your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.), and the page walks you through the exact records to create. SSL certificates are issued automatically once the DNS propagates — usually within an hour, sometimes up to 24 hours for slower providers.

How does AI-drafted reply work?

In the inbox, open any thread and click Draft with AI. Flo reads the conversation plus your studio’s tone settings and proposes a reply you can send, edit, or rewrite. Tone defaults to warm + concise, and you can change it (more formal, more casual, shorter) under Settings → Automations → AI voice. Nothing sends without your click — the AI only drafts.

How does billing work?

Two plans: Pro at $149/month (500 GB of storage) and Studio at $249/month (2 TB of storage). Subscriptions are handled end-to-end by Stripe — you’ll get a Stripe-hosted billing portal to manage cards, invoices, and cancellations. Every new studio gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card required upfront.

Where is my data stored?

Photog Flow runs on Supabase, hosted in US-East. Every table enforces row-level security so one studio can never read another’s rows — isolation is a database-level guarantee, not an app-level check. Encryption at rest and HTTPS in transit are on by default. Need to export your data? Email support@photogflow.app and we’ll get you a full export within 48 hours. Self-service export is on the roadmap.

What happens if I exceed my storage quota?

Existing files stay right where they are — nothing gets deleted for going over. You’ll see a soft warning in the gallery uploader when you hit 80% of your quota, and new uploads are blocked at 100%. Upgrading to a larger plan (or deleting a few galleries) unblocks uploads immediately. You can monitor current usage on Settings → Billing.

Can I invite my team?

Yes — go to Settings → Team to invite admins, associates, and assistants by email. Each role has its own permissions: admins manage the studio, associates can shoot and edit, assistants get scoped read access. Invites expire in 14 days; the recipient creates their own login when they accept.

How do I delete my account?

Email privacy@photogflow.app from the address tied to your account. We’ll confirm, then put your studio into a 30-day dormant state — enough time to change your mind or export a final copy of your data. After 30 days, the account and all associated business content is hard- deleted from our primary systems. Encrypted backups age out on their own rotation.
